Football Supporters Europe (FSE) is pleased to announce the newly elected Steering Committee of its Disability and Inclusion Fan Network.
The Steering Committee will play a key role in helping to shape the network’s priorities and activities over the coming years, ensuring that the experiences and perspectives of fans with disabilities to ensure their lived experiences are at the centre of discussions in European football.
The election marks an important milestone for the network as it moves into its second year of activity. Steering Committee terms have been extended to two years, providing elected representatives with greater opportunity to develop ideas, build relationships, and deliver meaningful impact on the issues most important to network members.
Each Steering Committee member will take responsibility for a specific area of work relevant to supporters with disabilities. Working closely with members across the network, they will help to coordinate discussions and identify priorities within their respective areas.
FSE would also like to thank the outgoing Steering Committee members for their dedication and commitment during the network’s foundational year.
As the first individuals to step forward and take on the Steering Committee roles, their contribution has been instrumental in establishing the network, shaping its vision, and creating a strong platform for future development. Their efforts have helped lay the foundations for a network that is already bringing together supporters from across Europe to share experiences, highlight challenges, and ensure fans with disabilities’ voices are heard by decision makers in football.
The newly elected Steering Committee also reflects the network’s commitment to representation and diversity, with women forming the majority of committee members.

Looking ahead, the next major milestone for the Disability and Inclusion Fan Network will be a dedicated networking meeting later this year. The event will provide members with an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas and discuss priorities for the future.
